In-Take Now Open for Co-op Development Grants

We are currently accepting applications for our Co-op Development Grant program.  New co-ops can apply for up to $5,000 to support their co-op development project, while established co-ops can apply for up to $2,500 to support their project.

To apply, please download the grant application form.  On the application form you will find instructions as well as eligible expenses for your co-op development project within the criteria of the grant.  The application deadline is June 30, 2022 and all work funded by the grant must be completed by December 31, 2022.

Nominations for 2022 Cooperative Awards Program

Do you know a cooperator or cooperative that deserves to be recognized for their contributions to the Manitoba cooperative community?  This is your opportunity to make a nomination to the 2022 Cooperative Awards Program.  For more information about the Cooperative Awards Program and past award recipients, visit the Co-op Awards Program section of our website.

Nominations for the 2022 Awards Program will be accepted until May 31, 2022.  Please complete the form below to make a nomination for one of the 4 award categories:  Distinguished Cooperator, Cooperative Merit, Cooperative Achievement or Cooperative Youth Leadership.

2022 Introduction to Co-op Youth Leadership Program

We are thrilled to be offering a free, one-day Introduction to Co-op Youth Leadership Program in 3 communities across Manitoba.  Designed for students in Grade 10 to 12, through a series of exercises, simulations and games, this program will offer an introduction to some key leadership concepts: group dynamics, effective communication, conflict resolution & mediation, leadership styles, and cooperating together.  Download the program brochure and registration form and join us in the following communities on the following dates:


  • Friday, May 13 in Elm Creek, Manitoba
  • Saturday, May 28 in Dominion City, Manitoba
  • Saturday, June 4 in Minnedosa, Manitoba
