Co-op Connections – Co-ops and Supply Chain Resilience

Join us on November 19 from noon – 1:00 pm on our free zoom series – Co-op Connections.

This month we will explore and discuss the role co-ops play in stabilizing the food supply chain. We will be joined by Jon Steinman, author of Grocery Story: The Promise of Food Co-ops in the Age of Grocery Giants and Peter Hill from Winnipeg’s Fireweed Food Co-op who will share their expertise in the important role co-ops are playing in supply chain resilience.

Following the presentation, we will have the opportunity to engage in conversation with the experts and learn more about how we can support and faciliate more co-ops and supply chain resilience in our communities. Join in the discussion and help build the Manitoba cooperative ecosystem.
